Submitting a payment online has never been easier!
All fields must be completed in order for your payment to be accepted.
Make sure to add the details surrounding the payment
(Deposit, Payment, Balance due or Gift; Applied towards which trip, etc)
in the Special Instructions box.
We deal in CAD, unless otherwise specified on your travel documents.
We accept VISA and Mastercard.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of receipt.
By submitting, you certify that you are the cardholder and are authorizing the travel agency or its chosen Tour Operator/Supplier/Cruise Line to charge the listed amount to the credit card.
You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the confirmation you received is accurate.
You understand that you are responsible for obtaining and ensuring all passport and visa requirements are met for all travelers and that many countries require your passport be valid for 6 months PAST your anticipated return date. If your reservation includes flights, you understand that the airline likely has additional fees for baggage and preferred seats even within your designated cabin and that some airlines do not pre-assign seats and that you are responsible for checking in for your flights on the airlines web page 24 hours in advance in order to secure the best possible seating options.
You understand that travel insurance is highly recommended and that your investment is at risk if travel insurance is not purchased and that cancel for any reason insurance cannot be added once trip is deposited. Cancellation penalties will apply and unless otherwise note, if your trip is within 75 days it is 100% nonrefundable. Air is nonrefundable as soon as ticketed. Insurance is not refundable.

You understand that we make every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however, under limited circumstances your price may be subject to increase prior to the time payment is applied due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components of your package. Changes within 5% of the total price are authorized without additional approval required. By authorizing this payment, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions applicable to your purchase.
This charge will be manually applied by the agency to your reservation. If there are any issues, an agent will get back to you. Please note that you may not see a charge from the travel agency on your credit card statement; the charge will come from our supplier and/or the airline directly. Payment may take 3-5 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement. I authorize the travel agency to use the above information to charge my credit card the stated amount.
Completion of this form signifies acceptance in lieu of a signature.
